We DO NOT accept returns on any of our items to include but not limited to custom pieces, services provided, downloadable material, and malas. With that said, we want happy clients so if you are experiencing an issue with your order/item please contact us at your leisure (preferably within 30 days of receiving your order so as it is fresh on everyone's mind) via email LoveLightandLegacy@aol.com. We do our best to respond to client's quickly, usually within 2 to 3 business days or less and accept case-by-case exceptions.

IF a return is accepted it must be in the original condition, not damaged and not missing any parts of any reason. Refunds for any return items will NOT be submitted until the item being returned is safely mailed back to us in a condition that may be resold.
Refunds MAY take up to 2 full business weeks to redeposit depending on your checkout/payment method. Paypal is usually same day.

Love, Light and Legacy is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We will also NOT replace any damaged mailed items/goods until you've made a claim to your post office/provider.

Custom jewelry pieces all have a 30 day break warranty.
If your piece breaks for any reason during this time, email us, ship it back with all the parts you can/have and we'll fix and return for free.
If it is after the 30 day warranty you'll be subject to a $30 restringing/labor/shipping charge. It's a flat fee. We also will repair work not ours upon request and consultation.
